Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]

Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at artofkatshop@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request" for instructions on processing exchanges.

If you do not notify us for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order we will not be able to accept your return or process a refund.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of: Stickers or Prints.

Defective/Incorrect Order Policy

Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. ​

To better process any defective or incorrect item returns, please attach a photo of your order as it was received.

Return Process:

Approval & Follow-Up: All returns must be approved. We will try our best to resolve any order issues as soon as possible. Once your return is approved we will email you with details on the return procedures.

Return Receival: We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). NOTE: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
