When will my order ship?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order is processed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Please allow additional time for peak seasons or unforeseen delays. For more detailed information, feel free to contact us!

When will my order arrive?

The arrival of your order depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like carrier delays or high-demand periods. If you have questions about your order’s status, feel free to reach out to us.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes... we should be able to ship to you no matter where you are! If it's a legit address then we have you covered.

Returns/Exchanges?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at artofkatshop@gmail.com with your order details. Please use the subject line:

"Return Request". 

 

Once approved, we’ll provide a return address. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For more information, please contact us.
